Welcome to the Greater Victoria Scout House and Museum! Greater Victoria Scout House is managed by the 30th Cdn. Baden Powell Guild. Located at 505 Marigold Rd. Victoria, BC V8Z 4R5, it is the home to a great Scout Museum.

Museum

Greater Victoria Area maintains a substantial archive of event badges, past uniforms, historical documents and resources for use in displays and attractions, as well as maintaining historically accurate records of our traditions. You can see many of our items on display at the Victoria Scout House.

Now Open! Listen to Scouter Ron Bilinsky’s opening speech to the Victoria Scout museum grand opening on February 25th. With special guest Saanich mayor Dean Murdoch and a wonderful community of youth and Scouters.

Rentals

This building has 4 rooms/areas available to be booked on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to the Scouting youth program.

  • Gilwell Room (Downstairs – without windows) – Smaller meeting room
  • Brownsea Room (Downstairs – with windows) – Medium meeting room
  • Upper Hall and Dance Floor – Large activity area good for sleepovers
